UrbanBuckeye33
With the announcement recently of the tour being moved back over two full weeks due to production issues (magic balls?), I can't help but feel that the band maybe wanted more time to practice getting these new songs down to a science before they went on tour. The VLV songs are so much more complex and it is already starting to show in what we have seen already. Maybe they are working on better transitions and ways to prevent too much backtracking. I just get the feeling that songs on this tour are maybe more complicated than even the band first thought when deciding on tour dates. That being said, I cannot WAIT and I am going to do my own "not leading into temptation" and will not visit this site when July 14 rolls around. I do not want to see setlists or read reviews or see videos. I want everything to be new. Especially those elusive magic balls. Ha.
Chavi
I think it's good to know they're putting so much efforts in trying to be totally ready for this tour, that is to say cancelling dates and pushing back the beginning of the tour. Although I know it's VERY annoying for those concerned about those dates. But this is for us in a way, they want to offer the best of themselves on stage and if they feel the need to practice more, well, fair enough. About the new songs being more complicated to play, I dont know.. havent heard the album yet :P and even though you stop visiting this site, I'm sure you'll find out about the magic balls ! it'll be EVERYWHERE ! Massive ! everybody will talk about it !
UrbanBuckeye33
Lol NOOOO haha. I mustn't know. But in all seriousness I agree. I want them to be totally ready for this one. Maybe since there is a shorter segment of American shows at the beginning they are taking time to warm up because they don't have the luxury of a long first American tour before the one in the fall. Who knows. But I am glad they are making sure it will be good.
dotty biscotti
I hope they take all the time they need
icecoldplay
Considering they didn't push back the MSG day...I wonder if that show is just going to be plain and lame.
Kurgen
i'm angered over the fact that they changed the dates, especially since I was going to be at the Cleveland show on July 6th but it got moved. Now i've gotta figure out if I can even go because it changed to a Tuesday night in the middle of October when I've got a full day of classes the next day- plus it would be like a 2 and a half hour drive from school to Cleveland. I wish they would have changed the dates to just a bit later in summer, not freaking October. Grr...
