July 14, 200323 yr arnt they great because they are so cheeeeaaaap! even if it is scabby i think copied cds are quite good, although it does kinda annoy me how people never bother to spens their own money on music. Any thoughts
July 16, 200323 yr then how come i dont see it? anyways, i dont fucking care wether its illegal, that kind of makes it more fun. i love it because you can get a whole bunch of songs you love on one album instead of wasting money on a CD to get 3 or 4 songs you on it, and i think the people who are threatening to sue downloaders should be shot because what the hell, yes they are losing money, but how much money do they have already? prolly over 10 million dollars the greedy fucks.
July 20, 200323 yr yes, it should be perfectly legal to blatantly steal whatever you want from anybody, as long as they have more money than you. :dozey:
July 22, 200323 yr I don't really care either. I have hundreds of burned CDs, mostly software though. I have several burned music CDs too. THe Canadian government isn't doing shit about it right now either, it seems to only be the American recording industry that cares. GO CANADA! :D
July 22, 200323 yr i know that burning cds can result in a big loss of money for a lot of artists. but it's been like 3 or 4 years later now and it seems like musicians are only getting RICHER. i really have no pity for them. i thought it was all about the music man? musicians make their money off of concerts, merchindise, and other crap. it's not like their life depends on how their cd sells.
July 22, 200323 yr I probably wouldn't go and burn a whole album, but if I just want like one or two songs from that artist then why would I go out and buy the cd?

True. Artists don't get that much from CD sales anyways, mostly the record company execs and producers.
