EnglishSilk Posted June 17, 2008 Share Posted June 17, 2008 Live @ Brixton : Freakin AMAZING SHOW ! THANKS RADIO 1 AND COLDPLAY! I don`t remember ever enjoying hearing anything via radio so much ! I loved this show- and although I cried tears of joy over the Live 2003 DVD, there was just something about this concert that was just simply joyous! Great to have the people on this board to share the excitement with as well ! But my biggest thanks go to our boys of CP themselves...after many, many listens to all the new tracks, I was struggling to really like "Strawberry Swing", and even Lovers in Japan". But I must admit here and now, hearing these live have converted me , unsure what it was, but the songs sounded awesome live . I feel relieved that I can finally enjoy ALL the new tracks now. TraceOddity Posted June 17, 2008 Share Posted June 17, 2008 Lol, another non-squeeeeeee-er like me has succumbed to the urge!!:lol: I haven't listened to the show yet, but I will tomorrow...maybe it will convert me to strawberry Swing too.
