i just got them today and can anyone give me any good tips on how to put them in and also how to take them out? :? my eyes are all sore from trying :sad:

they should have trained you before giving them to you. how stupid is that? they sent you home with a pair, here, find out how to use them? go back to your optician and ask them to help you! don't worry, takes about three days to get used to them.

it takes a lil bit of patience in the start. You will get the hang of it. If you see that you're eyes are getting really red stop. Call you're doctor and ask them what you could do about it. :)

yeah, my mum had her new ones for a trial period of two weeks, but they were really gritty and got annoying. they have so many rules about how to keep them clean though!!! i want them but i don't think they're worth the hassle.

thats why i never wear mine. they're too much of a hassle. :o
