I need bass tabs that aren't anywhere online!

Anyone who either plays bass or can transcribe parts or even just make a MIDI, any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm trying to play the bass part for the Lifehouse song "The Joke". There's no tabs anywhere, no MIDI's nothing, and this song being learned has the potential to help me start a band!
