I Know this is an old thread but , they choose some awful singer and awful songs for Britain. Put on a good band , that is what we are good at not cheesy trashy pop .

The entire competition is about cheesy trash pop (which is why I don't watch it)....................................

However, brining in Pete Waterman to produce this year's entry was definitely a big mistake!

Yeah I Watched some of It Turkey had a rock band and they came second and were actually not bad , so if we had a rock band we could easily win.
