There's a 12 oz bottle of Smirnoff that you can get here...but that stuff is like beer...legally mandated at only 5% alc. by vol.

 

The other 'regular' Smirnoff shouldn't taste any different...vodka is, I believe, just plain alcohol watered down to various strengths...it doesn't have any taste other than taste of aclohol, so it shouldn't matter where they sell it!

 

the other drinks have various tastes becos of stuff being added to the alcohol...i dunno...I'm just carrying on! :D

I tried Smirnoff's when I was over there and they're different ...

Hence I had to try every other type of alcohol that I hadn't tried before... :wink3:

Hmm...I'm not a big alcohol connoseuir (i don't think i got that right! lmao), dunno what to tell ya...maybe your alcohol went bad? hehe...don't think it goes bad...but who knows....where in this grand country did you travel?

Well, that's a story in it's own right!! I went to L.A. to see my best mate (she now lives in Oklahoma) and then to Vegas ... we kinda got stuck there.. instead of going to the Grand Canyon and Big Bear ...

But I really would like to visit Europe next spring...let's see if I can pull it off with my meager wages! :D

I know .. we were in Vegas and she fell in love (cliché I know) ... so now she's moved there for her man.. :D

Europe is brilliant .. v beautiful and way too much to see ... you should do it like I am .. just live & work and take lots of weekend trips :blush:

I already seen everything worth seeing in this area that could be seen in a weekend+ kind of time. But large parts of U.S. are pretty and worth going to...just need someone nice to go with! :blush: Going to NYC in a few weeks' time...over a long weekend!

I meant move somewhere in Europe, work for a bit and travel around on your weekends.. it's fun :)
