blueberries, red grapes (red for flavonoids), honey, lemon, apricots (good for your eyes), Carrots, Salmon, flaxseed, whole grain breads, salmon, milk, cabbage, brocolli, cod liver oil (yummy I know..) Extra virgin olive oil (is good for you believe it or not), garlic.

 

There are tonnes more and all foods are ok in moderation. That is more or less my diet and my skin glows. Eating raw foods is always better, If people were to consume only raw foods they could live a hell of a lot longer, 120+.
