i saw this movie last night' date=' and i liked it alot, it was really funny. i also fell in love with karl, lol, who is the hottest guy, and i was a little upset that they didn't finish his story, his and laura linney's?!?! they should of at least been together or somethin, they didn't even finish it. and colin firth, coming to portugal to propse marriage, that was a bit much, all of sudden he asked for propsal, that was unbelieveable. lol. but overall me likey!!![/quote']

but don't u hate it the way he didn't have an ending? everyone else did! but i loved this movie sooo much!!!

 

I thought pretty weird that his story didn´t have an ending... I was hoping that laura linney and him could stay together.... But it´s such a lovely movie...

 

That was the major problem with the movie. They were just trying to juggle too many story lines. It's as if they decided some of them (like the two body doubles meeting on the movie set) weren't interesting enough to make the movie, yet they didn't want to hurt the actors' feelings by cutting them entirely.

 

That is a major problem. But it is more than offset by the fact that it's a really charming movie that, as lng as you don't overanalyze it, should make ya' feel real good.
