This is played with a echo effect on the guitar. Try using the harmonics on this (holding your finger on top of/right before the bar on the right side of the fret space.)

i thought jonny used natural harmonics on 12th-7th?

yeesh it's wrong. it's indeed 12th and 7th, all harmonics:
