Does anyone know anything about this microphone stand?

 

I love the way it curves round, looks pretty unique. Wondered if anyone sells them, it's custom-made, whether there's any particular reason that Chris enjoys using this one...

He uses them because when you play the guitar on stage while singing, if you use a normal, straight one the strings will hit onto the stand because the vocalist is too close to it and it will be very hard to play. This is why a so-called "boom-stand" is normally used (google it if you don't know what it is) and it looks quite ugly, so instead he just got one which curves out towards him on a straight stand so that he will be able to play and sing at the same time. Don't know where he got it though, I'm looking as well :P
