I think it's possible to send cupcakes, maybe freeze them with a super-cold setting? I got a shipment of kolaches from my brother a year or so ago, and they shipped well, arrived still frozen, just right for defrosting and enjoying! Shipped in a well-insulated bubble wrap and then aluminized bubble-packs. Sometimes dreams can come true!
