COLDPLAY 2000 MILES

 

We wanted to get into the festive spirit and offer a Coldplay.com first.

From Dec 16th we are making available for official digital download exclusively on Coldplay.com an acoustic version of The Pretenders track 2000 Miles, recorded by Chris on tour this year in the US.

The track will cost £1.50 to download with all artist recording royalties being donated to 2 causes which the band support, these being, Stop Hand Gun Violence & Future Forests, this donation will be matched by EMI Records also.

The track will be available from today 16th Dec until 1st Jan.

If you are in the UK you will be able to pay via Credit Card, BT Bill or SMS

If you outside the UK you will be able to pay via Credit Card only.

 

The download will be available in the WINDOWS MEDIA FORMAT only and thus unfortunately due to player compatibility issues it will only be available for PC users with Windows Media Player 7 or above, we apologise for this inconvenience.

The track once downloaded is available for you to play, burn to CD and transfer to compatible portable players.

i wud gladly donate to these 2 worthy causes, however they don't have it formatted for Mac!!!! Very odd, considering coldplay are fellow mac luvers. I'm gonna go cry and wallow in my tears over a pint... anyone care to join me?
