Coldplay Photo contributor, prizes & August winners

The multimedia month during August has ended and we now have lots of amazing new Coldplay multimedia on the forum and the great artwork that has been created. Big congratulations go to atlas2000 for winning the contributor contest for August with a landslide 41 points! atlas2000 wins member of the month and a Coldplaying first with a Twitter takeover for a day (which will be posted on Twitter before it happens). Dexynboy and BiggerStronger are the other two top contributors for August who share 2nd and 3rd place with 12 points a piece and will both receive a set of Ghost Stories buttons.

September : Coldplay Photo contributor!

 

 

For September, we are encouraging everyone to post their photos of Coldplay! This is for the construction of the ‘Ghost Stories’ era gallery on the main site, the Coldplaying social pages and we all love seeing great pictures of Coldplay anyway! You have a chance to earn points by posting Coldplay related photos. We would love to see any great pics including gif’s, photoshop edits, funny memes etc…. the more unique the better! Please give credit where its due to the original creator if its an edited photo not by yourself and quality over quantity, copy and posting solely/repeatedly from Google wont get you points ;) !

 

Prizes are as follows : 1st place : 'Ghost Stories' deluxe edition from US retailer 'Target'.2nd and 3rd place : A set of 'Ghost Stories' buttons.

 

You can post pictures in the relevant threads like pictures of the gorgeous Chris thread, the individual band member threads and on the ones for the upcoming LA and Las Vegas shows for example and I will allocate the points. Giving a thumbs up to the best ones helps me with this as you can click 'top posts' in the navigation bar to see the highest rated posts in the past 7 days :)

Points system for September is as follows :

 

1 point for each selected pic used on an article / social page

 

2 points for select high quality pics of a humorous nature :)

 

2 points if your pic on the forum gains 5 or more thumbs up!

 

3 points for a set (min of 10 photos to qualify) of photos from each live show during the Ghost Stories era (use the thread on the contributor forum will be posted shortly)

 

*new* 5 bonus points - image of week, poll vote.
