I know this probably won't get any replies here, but I'm on such a Stevie Wonder kick lately.

 

Anybody else a fan?

I'm a huge fan.

 

Songs in the Key of Life is an absolutely must own work.

 

It is to R/B music what Blonde on Blonde is to folk music.

 

Stevie Wonder is SO underappreciated.

I like some of his songs but im not a fan... :/

I've been brought up listening to stevie wonder! I love his music!

My fav Stevie Wonder songs are higher ground, lately, overjoyed, superstition and for once in my life :)

Oh.. I like Superstition ! Cause Steve Ray Vaughan plays with him :D

yeah, "Songs in the Key of Life" = one of the greatest albums of all time

 

along with "Innerversions" and "Talking Book."

After I read your post I had "Saturn" stuck in my head all day.

It's really great to hear people talk about Stevie Wonder.

It's not hard to see his influence on today's music, and not just R&B and Hip-Hop.

 

He's definitely in my personal Music Hall of Fame.

Only recently became a fan because the radio DJ I listen to loves him, so he nearly always plays some Stevie :cool:

 

My favourites are Superstition, For once in my life, and Signed Sealed Delivered. :D

 

As a new fan, I have a question. Which album should I make my first Stevie purchase?

Superstition has maybe the best opening of any pop song ever.

you can't go wrong with any of his "holy trinity" (Innervisions, Songs in the Key of Life, Talking Book).

 

i guess you could always go for the greatest hits album and get all songs you know, but i usually don't like greatest hits albums at all... so yeah.
