Does anyone have a copy of the book that Coldplay based their name on: Child's Reflections: Cold Play - Philip Horky

 

I need a high res copy of the front cover but the ones online aren't good enough and there don't seem to be any copies in stock for me to buy and scan myself - does anyone own a copy??
