*Justine* Posted March 29, 2004 Share Posted March 29, 2004 Hi, hopefully someone can give me some advice as to what to do here... I turned my computer off improperly last night. Today I turned it on, and it was in safe mode, the mouse wasnt working either. My bf got that figured out, the internet works now and the screen looks normal again, however my printer and sound do not work. Any suggestions? I think my sound card got busted. Sweet One Posted March 31, 2004 Share Posted March 31, 2004 OMG! that's what happened to me! my computer was broken for 3 months b/c i improperly shut down and it was stuck on safe mode.
