I only recently discovered her - I heard "Woodstock" on the telly and instantly had to find out who it was. It has resulted in me buying albums of hers from anywhere and everywhere, which is often great because they're cheap. :P I don't like the whole 80's phase she went through though. You are so right about the people who ripped off "Big Yellow Taxi"...They are the Counting Crows, they're usually not that bad, but I think this cover is hideous!!!! Shame on them, indeed... I love Joni Mitchell..I think she's absolutely fantastic...i love the song "River".....she's got a tremendous voice on that song...Excellent...
