An Australian schoolteacher has been threatened with legal action by a member of rock band Coldplay after mistakenly taking the taxi he had booked. Jacqueline Hall, from Brisbane, was accused of deliberately taking drummer Will Champion's cab when it pulled up outside her home in Kennington, south London. Coldplay have announced plans to release a live CD and DVD package called "Coldplay Live 2003" on November 11. The double-disc set was recorded on July 21 and 22 at the Horden Pavilion in Sydney, Australia. The DVD features 90 minutes of material, including two tracks previously unreleased in North America. For those who haven't seen the behind the scenes clip of the making of the video to 'Speed Of Sound', you can view it here [thanks vamm842] The video promo for "Speed of Sound" was shot on a Los Angeles sound stage over 22–23 April 2005. Shooting took place on large sets backed by large LED displays. The performance based video was helmed by Mark Romanyak, who was responsible for Johnny Cash's "Hurt" and Jay-Z's "99 Problems". The video for the new single, The Scientist, is now in circulation on UK TV channels. It was shot between September 30th and October 3rd in Surrey and London, and is directed by Jamie Thraves, the man behind the videos for Goldie's 'Temper Temper', The Verve's 'Lucky Man' (US version) and the legendary video for 'Just' by Radiohead.

The new track is called "The Scientist" and guitarist Jonny Buckland says that they didn't spend a lot of time working on the track. It's not that they're lazy – the song is just that good. Coldplay have announced details of their new single 'The Scientist', the fourth track from their new album. The song, the second to be lifted from 'A Rush Of Blood To The Head', is released on 11th November 2002. It will be backed by two new songs, '1.36' and 'I Ran Away'.

According to Coldplay's Official Website, the band has been nominated for two MTV Asia awards, one for Favorite Rock Act and the other for Favorite Video (In My Place).
