Hi ! This thread is a kind of companion thread to the Don't Let It Break Your Heart Thread. The idea is that no matter how bad or depressing your day or your life currently feels, you can always find small things to be grateful for and find happiness in. Consciously thinking about those things can make you focus more on the positive things in life and make you a happier person in general, or so I have heard. I saw this on Netflix last year, but to be honest I found it quite lame. Chris is usually such a funny person, and this shows in unscripted situations. But he is not a good actor to follow a script.
