  1. I actually watched it for the first time a few months ago and even though the performance itself was really awsome I got pretty annoyed by the commentors, but I couldn't find a version without the comments on YouTube:/
  2. I'm so sorry to hear that:/ I hope coldplay will help you through the hard times and remember we're always here if you want to talk.
  3. My day wasn't to spectacular, however I was just driving home from visiting my grandma with my family and shortly before we arrived back Up&Up was playing on the radio! I couldn't help instantly having a huge smile on my face and now it just turned into a good day lol. :) My dad as usual suggested to quickly change the station, he always makes fun of coldplay (but luckily he let me listen to it extra loud in the end) [emoji16]
  4. Welcome back @alisbe!
  5. In the mood for Parachutes this morning :)
  6. I think they should be used to it by now[emoji23]
  7. At first I thought it was a joke... But you never know maybe Chris was making fun of Guy for getting beautiful teeth[emoji16]
  8. Wow that's amazing! I hope one day I'll turn my own children into coldplay fans! (And I hope coldplay will still be making music at that time)
  9. Jonny rocking out is my weakness. OK, tbh most about Jonny is my weakness. [emoji23] Little bonus: Chris jumping in the background[emoji16]
  10. I wish I had a coldplay-obsessed mom haha! [emoji16] But I have the same problem when I think about what line I want to get tattooed one day...

  12. Wow all of your artwork is just unbelievable! I love this![emoji173] [emoji16]
  13. Awesome, congrats!!![emoji322] [emoji1]
  14. Nobody said it was easy, no one ever said it would be so hard
  15. That's funny haha[emoji23] I get the same feeling when a song I really love plays on the radio, or when someone else suddenly plays it! It's strange how the music can just be a background noise and then suddenly a song you love starts and it turns into all you hear. I often caught myself not listening to other people talking to me anymore when a coldplay song played haha[emoji23]
  16. That's true of course. But what I was saying is that I understand that especially older fans are dissapointed by the new sound, but I could never bring myself to entirely hate one of their albums when you hear Chris talking about how much meaning there is behind it.
  17. That's exactly why I can't understand how coldplay fans can truly HATE any of their albums, especially like MX, GS or AHFOD which often get hate. Like, I get that one might prefer their old style of music (I sometimes like it better as well) and that's totally fine and understandable but their work means so much as a whole. You can see so much of a personal journey in it and it would be incomplete without any one of their albums. And I also get that thing about AHFOD being the closing of a chapter more and more. Sometimes it takes time to fully understand the meaning of all their music and everything they say, but in the end, it all makes so much sense.
  18. AOAL? Because it's pretty unclear what Chris sings in that kind of annoying sound in the background?
  19. Recently I realized that many songs from the X&Y era (Talk and The World Turned Upside Down for example) mention puzzles and trying/not being able to find your missing piece. Then in this interview from the Ghost Stories era (From 1:30) Chris talks about how no one has a missing piece, we're all complete the way we are. It's like he was once struggling with feeling incomplete but over the years he learned that no one is. Especially as it's from the Ghost Stories era considering he was going through a hard time it makes me think again about this whole thing about bad things bringing up good things in the end. Maybe it's all just a theory but I love these kinds of connections so much, they remind me that coldplay music is so much more then just some songs with not too much meaning or stories behind them.
  20. Sounds like a freaking awesome trip with lots of coldception! [emoji16] You know what's crazy? I was in Canterbury and London last week as well! But the only Coldplay-related things that happened to me were that two of my roommates told me they liked coldplay and were jealous that I was at their concert and a few cp songs on the radio. I didn't even get to go to the Bakery as it was a school trip:(
  21. Holy shit congrats![emoji322] I should have considered taking part in this, I only read it properly now. Shit why am I so stupid now I want one as well[emoji53]
