Drumming
yeah, daylight is great to play. didn't really take too much to learn the pattern, just ages to get the real feel of it. really surprised me how long it took to feel really on it having learnt the rhythm first couple of times through. but have had it for a while now and enjoy it ten times more than i used to.

Hello hello hello.
thanks for the hellos ! and am pleased you like the site. hope you can find time to check out the mp3s on it sometime. they are old and we've had another year since then of playing together and hope to get some more recorded very soon, but we're still quite happy with the ones on the site. we just know we can do better :) anyway, we didn't write the songs, just recorded them and play 'em. we have coldplay to thank ultimately and always. long live coldplay.

Drumming
it is. i totally enjoy playing coldplay's stuff. the drumming's not too taxing (although learning the songs has taught me some stuff) but the songs are just so powerful, they're a real joy to play !

Name 3 Coldplay songs with the best bass line
guy does write some damn good bass lines - some of them are v simple yet effective and others could stand out on there own. for me, the bass lines to clocks, yellow and the scientist, for example, fall into the first category and others, such as shiver, everything's not lost and trouble fall into the latter. being a drummer, i'm happy with either form of bass line just as long as it's played solid and has feeling to it, but i have a preference for bass lines with more complex patterns to them. and such chin-stroking ramblings lead me to my top three (in no particular order) :- daylight sparks trouble (can't believe no-ones mentioned this one yet !) with special mentions to :- shiver everything's not lost
