  1. no i havent. i like jaffa cakes and some bicuits with mint and chcolate, forgot their name though. the orange ones are nice as well. i quite like kitkats actually and as you get loads of different sweeties at poundland, i havent really looked for them somewhere else.
  2. basel is the nicest city in switzerland. the lake is nice but i dont like the city at all. everyone in zuerich seems very stressed and people like to think they're better because they were born there.
  3. havent thought about them till now :D
  4. i dont like zuerich. basel is a very nice place in my opinion. theres very nice places in the mountains obviously but most swiss people dont live there. most tourists only see them places, thats probably why they think that the country is so beautiful.
  5. yeah. living in england iis very different and the change was probablt even bigger because i moved to a city and i used to live in the conutryside for years. the biggest difference is the mentality, people in switzerland are so different. the only thing i miss about switzerland is my family and a few good friends.
  6. it isnt, believe me.
  7. well i dont reallt think you can do this here. certain artists are not allowed to play in england because some of their lyrics are against gay people.
  8. well i prefer liverpool
  9. whereabouts?
  10. have you ever thought about living in another country? do you think you could do it? i havent really, i mean not for a longer period of time. however, i went to england for three months to work there, mainly to see the country and to improve my english. now my time here is almost over and i dont really feel like leaving. i do miss a few of my friends a lot but i got to know many people i really like and ill miss them a lot when im home. ill look for a new job as my placement ends this week and ill probably spend about a year over here. it might sound strange but i sometimes wish id never left my country because i prefer living and it will be even more difficult to leave after having lived here for a whole year.
  11. well youre probably right but he happens to be extremely sensitive. it even hurted him when i dance with some other guy in a club or when i didnt really speak to him after work and just asked if one of me workmates was back from town. yeah, he told me that later...
  12. he probably thinks i do but still he doesnt give up. i happen to spend quite a lot of time with a flatmate and he keeps asking me about him. he once asked me if i had slept with that guy and he didnt believe me when i said i didnt.
  13. hes a nice person, you know. and i always try to treat people like i wanna be treated but maybe i was way to nice that he doesnt really accept a no as a no. i really dont wanna hurt him but he doent seem to understand me. he also says he cant wait to be back and i dont even know how long ill stay in england. id like to spend some more time here but who knows?
  14. i met a guy about two months ago, who was very friendly but somehow we never got on well with each other. however, thats what i think. he was a workmate of mine, so i happend to see him everyday. whenever we discussed something, i disagreed with almost everything he said. hes a nice person but we really have nothing in common. he kept inviting me and i went out with him one day, just in a club in the city. i danced with some guy and he got extremely jealous and angry. i somehow felt sorry for him, so we left. he started arguing on the way home, said how selfish and mean i was. he called me in the morning and said that he couldnt sleep because of the things that happened the day before. he once talked to me in a lunch break and asked me what he was doing wrong and why we dont get on better. however, he left england to return to his country a few weeks ago and he kissed me before i left. i felt akward but i didnt say anything because many people do that with friends, just to say goodbye. i was working at a computer when he was going to leave but he never. he just stood next to me as if he expected something. he was about to kiss me again when i looked at him and he obviously realised that i dont want him to do this, so he left saying how much hes gonna miss me. he keeps sending me messages since then and i really dont know how to tell him in a nice way that i dont want him to do this. i often told him that i like him as a friend but i dont want more but he dosnt want to understand this even thugh he knows, that we dont even get on well. have you ever been in a similar situation? how could you tell this someone in a nice way even though you told him the same thing serveral times before?:embarassed:
  15. so why is cisse crap because he misses to many chances but crouch isnt? everyone keeps critising him but i think he did alright considering his injury an the fact that he hasnt played that often. im not saying crouch didnt but them things really suprise me. i didnt live in england at the time but what everyone says doesnt quite correspond with statistics.
  16. that foreign players in england often get a bad press
  17. yeah, i lived in that village since i was five
  18. i know, im living in england at the moment and i love football, so i do follow the premiership. i dont argue that diving isnt an issue but the english press like to critises foreigners. its not just me saying that, i know this from people who have lived in england all their lives.
  19. no but i really like liverpool, its a very friendly city, so different to the place where i lived for 15 years
  20. i know but its a part of the game. not everyone does it as often as ronaldo aparantly but some people get more highlighted by the press than others.
