Nik, dont you think its a bit heavy? of course it damages your health, and its your own fault if you smoke, but it isnt some sorta criminal act where they deserve a bad fate like dieing. we arent talking about killing or stealing here, just smoking... as long as ppl dont smoke in unauthorised areas, and not in anyones faces (like my friend loves to do... lol) then il be fine with it...
