Man Utd here too...I thnk they have some chance to win this season, but Chelsea's very strong.. MU was here in Hungary last week and played against DVSC (Hungarian) for Champions League qualification, and although I'm Hungarian I supported MU...how bad :D

He had released two albums at the same time this year, haven't you heard the other one, Digital Ash In a Digital Urn? From the two I prefer I'm wide awake it's morning, but both are class albums. Conor's very talented, his lyrics are beautiful! I've downloaded a short concert recently, I love it...and the videos too, Easy/Lucky/Free is awesome.

In Hungary we have several festivals, but most of them are shit....our biggest is called Sziget (=Island) festival. So far we had bands like Muse, Placebo, Ash, The Cure etc and this year we had some great bands like Franz Ferdinand, The Hives, Mando Diao and um, Juliette and the Licks, Good Charlotte, Korn, Natalie Imbruglia and that kind of stuff...unfortunately I haven't been there cause I was on vacation..

Not bad.....i have to agree at some parts it's similar to Lee Ryan's voice..

In NME there was a review of the album, they gave 9/10 and they said that their album is de best debut of 2005 so far....It's quite a good album. And it is nominated for the Mercury Award.

Snow Patrol has three albums so far (Songs for polar bears, When it's all over we still have to clear, Final straw ) so they cannot make a new second :D Athlete's second album is definitely better, from Interpol I prefer Turn on the bright lights..others: - Foo fighters' Colour and the shape - Kings of Leon: Aha shake heartbreak and I have to mention Lostprophets' Start something...

Angst thanks for the song! Franz played a concert here in Hungary a while ago and they played some new songs inculding Do you want to, but I couldn't go cause I was on a fucking vacation....anyways I love this song, and the video is quite funny. It's great for a first single...I can't wait to get the new album.

they just started to play this show on one of hungary's biggest tv channels...here had been an unusal commercial campaign about it. there were ads on tv, in the papers, everywhere..you know kinda 'one of the best tv series of the past years'...and of course the first episode got a huge amount of viewers. they broadcast one episode/week and after the first season they'll start the second... i don't know what to think about it cause i've seen only an episode but it seems interesting......maybe it'll be better than OC..?

I would say yes, they should go back to the Parachutes era. But they have to make changes in their music but not immidiate changes just small ones (not right off to the dark side like how Chris said) beacuse if they don't, their music will be boring somehow after a few records.

it would be interesting to hear an album like this from them but no. they MUST have piano in their music! and nothing's wrong with that if they want to try out different styles but please don't diverge from the beautiful coldplayish sound!

Nah and they said before that X&Y will definitely be the last album.... The new album is so soon I think they should wait till the end of the year and that would be a normal term between two albums. If they'll release a new one next year it'll take time until they are ready with the fifth so we have to wait then years between the forth and fifth.

Well it wasn't their best performance of SOS but it isn't their fault, something was wrong with the mic or the tech..it was quite OK by the way..I didn't like that when Chris went up the stairs and the people exulted behind him.... And just to point on a good part of it, you could hear Guy sing cause his voice was a bit louder..I liked that :D
