anyone like anchorman?
Weird thing last night. I was out with a few friends, in a a bar called Revolution, and for some reason they were projecting Anchorman on one of the walls. I don't think there was any sound and even if there was it wouldn't have been possible to hear it. Seems a bit pointless to me. Good film though.

It pisses me off how Chris disses Parachutes
It's their album. He's allowed to diss it if he wants. Not like he can hurts its feelings :P

Schumacher not good for F1, says Hill.
I wouldn't say 'best'. He's the 'most complete'.

The official Formula One Thread 2006
Probably not, but i certainly wasn't. Very surprising result. Gotta say i'm a little disappointed that we've been robbed a of a potentially great fight for the title in Brazil.

Schumacher not good for F1, says Hill.
He's been running a company called P1, who rent out exotic/expensive sports cars out to (rich) people. More rencently Damon became head of the British Racing Driver Club who own Silverstone. I totally agree that Schumachers dominance has been truly bad for the sport and i believe it has put off many fans and potential fans from watching.

The 'roly-poly' DJ is very funny.

The official Formula One Thread 2006
It's looking like Fernando will not win the title. He's losing the psychological battle and becoming paranoid. Seems he thinks people in his team don't want him to win..... http://www.itv-f1.com/News_Article.aspx?PO_ID=37585 :dozey:

Jamie Oliver blames working mums for unhealthier meals
Well it's fact that as women have become equal and less are satisfied to be 'just' housewives, there's less 'proper' homecooked meals for families because both parents just lack the time (or claim to).

There's video of him walking off of the helicopter on the bbc news website somewhere :) This is awesome news. I didn't think the beeb could axe it - too popular.

Firefox
I use firefox, but the only advantage it has over IE is that there are less people using it and therefore less people bother trying to beat its security. As far as i know the latest IE has tabs now.

Rate the latest movie you've seen
Yesterday: Flight of the phoenix - 1/10 Very poorly written, rubbish characters. Today: Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind - 6/10 Pretty complicated, but clever. May get a higher rating the more times i see it.

The Offical Top Gear Thread
That's fair enough. I was just saying that personally i find things like trying to break the indoor speed record less interesting, than say trying to get from London to Edinburgh on one tank of fuel.

The Offical Top Gear Thread
Maybe if it were a Veyron :P The thing about features like racing Astons against trains, is that there is a point to prove i.e cars > trains/planes/boats. I guess i'm just less interested in non-production cars. BTW i did think the Toybota thing was hilarious *shrug*

The Offical Top Gear Thread
Exactly. I'm sure the film he was doing about the jetcar would have been entertaining, but to me Top gear should not really be about those types of machines.
