  1. Yes - I'm seeing some familiar faces in this thread! This is me: This is probably my favorite pic of the set:
  2. Hey All! I was in the pit as well - Here are are my pics and videos... http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=32245A77CE972EE9 Enjoy! It was an amazing night wasn't it? :)
  3. Are people really heading there at 1-2pm? Is that for soundcheck etc? Or to get up close in the Pit?
  4. I was able to grab Pit Tickets as well - so I am excited some other CPing-ers will be in attendance. I am trying to get rid of the tickets I bought for the presale - they aren't together but the best available at the time - they are actually fairly close to each other (and who has time to chat during the concert? :): Section D, Row E, Seat # 35 Paid: $124.65 Section A, Row V, Seat # 30 Paid: $124.65 http://indianapolis.craigslist.org/tix/1189690918.html Special Coldplay Fan pricing $75 - DM me if you are interested Otherwise see you friends at the show :)
  5. Hey all! I have two tickets to the Indianapolis show this Friday (6/5). Here is the craigslist listing: http://indianapolis.craigslist.org/tix/1189690918.html Special Coldplay fan pricing :) $75/each (Paid $125/each) PM if interested!
  6. I was at the show and thought it was great! The length of the show was perfect. Sure we all want them to play longer, but I had floor seats and thought it was plenty long! They went on around 9:15 and played til 11pm. It was definitely longer than when I saw them in Indy and Cleveland for X&Y. I'm excited to see the footage from the Lost tapings. I will say I enjoyed the set list from X&Y tour than VLV (which could be attributed to better seats during X&Y for Cleveland). Yes, and 42 aren't my favorites. BUT that said, I did love hearing Green Eyes live (which I never thought would ever happen) and Lost is one my favorites off the new album, so hearing it twice was such a bonus! Here is a view from where I was sitting: http://dawnid.tumblr.com/post/43290993/amazing-details-later My pictures aren't all that great since I was on the floor towards the back and I am short :) I also took some vids. Post work, I'll upload.
  7. One of my best friends got her verification email...She lives in NYC - and I see a few other did as well that are from NYC... I thought the date was June 5th that people would know so i'm not sure... Trying to find a flight to make it!
  8. I am hoping to get decent tickets to this - I was on the floor at Quicken (Cleveland) for the X&Y tour and went to the Indy show...this Chitown show appears to be the only one fairly close to Indy...
  9. I remembering tunning into Steve Lamacq's show when Coldplay (well Chris and Jon) released Speed of Sound. I was excited but the song wasn't my favorite. Violent Hill - the complete opposite feeling. I've loved it as soon as it played. I think live - this would be a great opening song...
  10. "Cause I came here with a load And it feels so much lighter, since I met you Honey you should know, that I could never go on without you"
  11. I think it will be similar with what happened with X&Y - everyone expected so much. And you will get people who will be disappointed, and you will get people who will love it. I think going in optimistic helps :) Also I like to give each new album a three listen test - listen to it all the way three times, then make an honest opinion.
  12. I always get excited when i hear coldplay in stores, movies, etc. I know its a bit "Selloutish" but you gotta like when you are at a bar/store and your favorite band comes on! makes me :-D
  13. I think it is exciting to know the album is close to being finished...but as it has been mentioned that doesn't mean it is "done." I do remember when Speed of Sound was premiered on Steve Lamacq's show and how excited I was to hear it (even though SOS ended up being one of my least favorites on X&Y). I can't wait for that "rush" again! :)
  14. I got super excited when i saw the new site! I loved the starfish stuff. I also think its great that the band is more involved in the site, although I do miss Debs!
