i went to see coldplay in manchester last night and i can safely say it was superb! Now pesonally,my favorate track off x & y is "a message"and i was hoping they would squeeze it into their set somewhere! How many other people agree that "a message" should of been included or replaced "swallowed in the sea" which in my opinion is not as good! Dont get me wrong,the set was amazing and i love their music to bits but i was a little dissapointed "a message" was not included :cry:

as i said in my message the info was taken from NME magazene. I go to see them in manchester on the same day which is a dream come true. They better play "a message"!!

its released in britain on dec 19th. im not sure about anywhere else

sorry if this has already been posted. The new single "talk" is out Dec 19th. The band took time out while touring america to record 2 brand new b sides!This news was taken from the new issue of NME. I cant wait! :)

has anyone got any more news on this? Ive heared there is an australia version with poss different tracks! Is there a release date or does anyone know the track listing?

will everyone please remember that they are only b sides and not to the same standard as the album,but thats why they are b sides!! Coldplays b sides are always quality and in my opinion these are no different.The world turned upside down is brill and this version of pour me is much better than earlier versions ive listened to. At least with coldplay we get new tracks as b sides and not just rubbish remixes!

i think they are not playing it as it doesnt sound good live! i agree with you all,it is my favorate track on x and y but the band have not perfected it enough yet.

This is the BEST album coldplay have made..no question!! Does anyone else agree that they are moving away from the trademark balleds and onto a much more epic sound. It is a sign of a great band when they want to push forward and progress instead of sticking with the same sound. I was in tears when i heared some of the tracks for the first time today...it is a gorgeous album :)

Just thought i would say hi to everyone. Im paul from chester and a huge coldplay fan since 1999. Favorate song...Politik,followed by clocks. Favorate b side...i ran away Other top bands...Editors,u2,Radiohead,Porcupine tree Off to see coldplay at bolton next month...carnt wait...x and y is wicked! :)
