  6. September 7, 2009 - submitted by Tina, United States of America Q. Where can I sign onto the Coldplay fan club? The Oracle replies: There isn't an official fan club so that's not possible...
  7. September 7, 2009 - submitted by Lucas, Spain Q. So...Oracle...What happens to the rest of the Coldplay crew after the tour is over? (You know, everyone else besides be actual 4 members)? The Oracle replies: The majority start by taking a well-earned break but depending on the length of the break in between, some work on other projects/ with other bands.

  17. September 2, 2009 - submitted by Susie, United States of America Q. Dear Oracle, I noticed in another question you answered that Chris interviewed Guy from Elbow. Is it common for artists to interview other bands? Has Chris interviewed anyone else? Hopefully my questions are answered. thanks! The Oracle replies: Well it's not uncommon; there's a certain magazine that invites artists to do exactly this and they can be quite insightful. Chris hasn't taken the role of interviewer other than the Guy Garvey interview I mentioned yesterday.
  18. September 2, 2009 - submitted by Alice, France Q. What do you (/the band) think of the Oasis' break up yesterday night at the Rock en Seine Festival? I am really shocked and disappointed. I understand that they have a right to do it (of course) but the way they did it is very disrespectful for the fans. I think Coldplay could never do that this way. right? Please answer this question my dear Oracle! The Oracle replies: To be honest it wasn't a shock but it was a sad situation. The brothers haven't been getting along well for some time and although the timing wasn't great for the fans, sometimes you just have to do what you have to do. Clearly in Noel's heart he couldn't go on and it's probably best for them to have time apart; it's a shame when family members don't get along. Coldplay aren't joined by blood but do thankfully travel together, work together and remain solid friends. It's a well-known fact that they are fans of Oasis and have been influenced by the band. Ironically brothers who still remain close in and out of work replaced Oasis at their cancelled Milan appearance.
