Yeah.... I just await the day when there can be an article featuring Carl that doesn't center around the Libertines. For some reason people seem to do this with Shambles, actually. Yes there are times when it's really libs focused... but overall interviews aren't just about the Libs. But with Carlos, that's ALWAYS the centerpiece. It's like the NME doesn't give two shits about DPT, which I really think they don't. Whatever. I'm really not interested in the way they write..... ^haha, understandable Steph. Your ears would probably explode anyways! The Great Scott was one of the loudest gigs I've ever been to, thanks in part to the shit opening band (before S4L ;) ) who just... ugh. aweful. DPT was pretty loud too :laugh4: but it was good. I remember at one point though I couldn't hear ANYTHING but "roooooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaar" so I just guessed and sang random parts of songs. I think Carlos did the same :laugh4: but yeah, what I was trying to say with this random story is that I had tickets to see them in NYC twice for two days consistantly right after that, but I sold the tickets because I couldn't get down there, and now I think about it.... it would have been horrible... i'd probably have either gone completely death or just died. :laugh4: omg it was crazy loud, I couldn't hear for a week after ahaha :heart: amazing.
