1. "Sum up" doesn't mean close, pretty sure they are asking what song would best fit the game. Of course, none of them know Coldplay songs, which is exactly why Beyonce is even there.
2. So what streaming options do we have? I'm stuck at work. My work network blocks anything flash based, so all the CBS streaming is a no-go. I need an HTML5 based stream, such as Youtube.
3. HYPE! Okay, let's hope for a good show. We know it's most likely all pre-recorded but the vocals might be live. Hopefully Chris doesn't bounce off the stage and Will doesn't smack himself in the head with a drumstick again. No stupid "left shark" moments, just a good clean performance.
4. This just isn't right. I loved the idea of designing a show that tells a story, but I'm not sure what kind of story includes her crappy song. This completely kills the mood/vibe Coldplay will build up.
5. That's a quick transition, at least four songs in four minutes. Something - Viva - Something - AOAL I'm really hoping Coldplay opens, throws to Bey and Bruno, then comes back to close it out.
6. It makes sense to end with "believe in love", but Fix You would be so epic.
7. Another preview (no sound), apparently the local news helicopter was taking a peak. Curious which song it is, the orchestra is on the wings performing too. Mobile Link: https://twitter.com/ColdplayAtlas/status/695814127076380672
8. Ohh, looks like we'll at least get the "Believe in Love" ending bit of Up and Up to close out the show!
9. I wish Ticketmaster would stop that, it's so obvious. I've gotten in arguments with scalpers before (bad idea), they claim "it's just business". Then they throw out "This is America, I have rights... blah blah CAPITALISM... blah blah..." and so on. Sigh.
10. Check out Ticketmaster again, they have a complete seat map! Now we can know exactly where our seats are. Looks like hundreds of tickets up for grabs still, mostly way in the back, and some VIP ones up close. But there are pairs in the bleachers fairly close.
11. Heads up, Ticketmaster now has map view for the entire layout. Now we can see exactly where our seats are.
12. I just noticed, at least for the Rose Bowl show, you can pick your own seats on the map now! Those of us who were trying to figure out exactly where our seats are can now know for sure.
13. This might help: Section 10 Section 17 (couldn't find one for 18)
14. I browsed the general sale just to see what it offered. Website was crap, but the app got through no problem. Saw some tickets but none better than what I got in the presales.
15. Right, so each section can have more than 25 rows. So, as LFdianne was kind of saying, you can almost infer how many rows there are looking at the available tickets. It seems A B C are 25 deep, F and K about 30-35 deep, N P and M are about 35 deep. That's about 90-95 rows overall.
16. It's hard to tell. We know the first couple of sections are the VIP ones. So that's maybe 25 rows if you assume the VIP tour party packages are rows 1-25 as it seems to be. During the presales I didn't see anything closer than F G K and L. So that means all the sections closer are likely those VIP sections. Which I hope so, because I got FLR F row 1, which would put me row 26 overall, if my logic is sound.
17. I don't expect mid-week dates to be added, stadium shows are generally very large and complicated setups, logistically you need a day before and a day after to get everything setup, then a couple days in between to haul to the next city.
18. Yeah people will stand, the "seat" just assigns you a place to stand. So you can chill until they come on then it's bouncy time, maybe take a seat during a slower song or acoustic section. I had the same feeling about having to look over/through people, but I pulled this FLR-F row 1 seat, and I'm hoping there's a bit of a space (as there appears to be) between the VIP section and my section to get a view. Between both days I've got quite a different view of the show, looking forward to it!
19. Got an awesome floor seat for the second Rose Bowl show, first row right behind the VIP sections, as close as you can get without going into heavy debt!
20. FLR F Row 1, about as close as you can get without going into VIP territory. $200 well spent.
21. Yay second date! Let's see what tickets I can get this time...
22. Best of my offers We didn't get to heaven but we made it close
23. 3-H Row 42, basically opposite of you
