The 10 Wembley shows in London next month might be used for a new live album? - It’s been a while so “Live 2025” could be in the works. - It allows them to take the best takes from any of the 10 nights. They played DAAHF in its entirety which suggests they are actually practising it for some purpose. In London they might be more comfortable playing such songs, based on the notion that these songs are better known in their home country.

I took a chance and bought the item. However, after buying the last available item, the ad now once again says there’s only one left and that 60 items were already sold. Can someone share their thoughts on this? If the studio version sounds anything like this, it would easily be my favourite track on the album. A high quality live version will become available once they play it live more regularly, so that is definitely something to look forward to! That being said, based on the initial live audio of FLIFIL I also expected that track to sound “bigger” than it ended up sounding.

The last six months were an exciting time to be a Coldplay fan. However, none of that excitement has been attributable to anything the band did in that time period. Imagine if none of the leaks happened and all we got was FLIFIL and now this live performance of Good Feelings. They’ve been announcing this album since late 2022… Draw your own conclusions.

Regarding Neon Forrest: isn’t it the same song as the audio that plays at the very end of each concert when the fireworks go up? I know it’s in a slightly a different key but I feel like this may have formed the inspiration. Fair point. I try to envision what the song would sound like if it was on let’s say AROBTTH. Then I come to the conclusion that the instrumentation would have sounded less polished and less ‘soft’. Following that logic - in my opinion - All My Love could have sounded more like The Scientist, instruments wise. The piano version is amazing by the way and deserves to have a studio version, like Lost for example.

The version of All My Love that partly leaked sounds a lot more “pop” than the piano version Chris performed live by himself. Coldplay is still very much capable of making songs which are very reminiscent of the “old” Coldplay (like All My Love) but in production they’ll turn those concept into the complete opposite..

With yesterday’s leak of the acoustic (guitar) recording of Spanish Rain, it now seems quite likely to me that the track “From Earth With Love” is indeed at least partly A.I. generated.

More and more A.I. Coldplay content is starting to circulate and so it seems logical to have a thread dedicated specifically to it. I am personally very excited for the A.I. era of Coldplay music. Whether it’s A.I. being used to create additional tracks for Coldplay’s existing albums, or whether it’s A.I. being used to explore new creative directions Coldplay haven’t actually pursued, I’m sure we’ll be positively surprised. On a final note: it seems pointless to me to try and convince others that a self made A.I. track, instrumental or vocal is authentic. If anything, take pride in creating high quality A.I. content as it allows others to compliment you on your work.

It’s interesting hearing different views. - I’m willing to admit I’m wrong but in lack of any additional information to back up the claim that it’s legit, I’ll simply conclude that personally I am not (yet) convinced this track is legit. - Also, at a time where A.I. is able to generate Coldplay tracks so easily, it’s suspicious to me when tracks like this pop up out of nowhere, without any information to back up that they are legitimate.

Alright some more thoughts: - Whereas the instrumental does sound VERY convincing, keep in mind one can literally input a hand full of Coldplay instrumentals and generate an A.I. song based on that. - What gives it away? A guitar sound that we have literally never heard before that sounds rather generic and A.I. generated. The intro is brilliant (including the guitar) but the guitar right after (the main riff, so to speak) sounds unlike any Jonny guitar we have ever heard, most likely because it’s not actually someone playing guitar. But like I said: it’s genuinely impressive and it’s likely we won’t be able to distinguish fake from real in less than a year.

Just some thoughts: - This “From Earth With Love” track is clearly A.I. as far as I can tell. What gives it away? Someone uploading it a million times. If it’s genuine there’s obviously no need to convince people… We’ll know when we hear something real (for now). The vocals at times just sound odd. - However, the vocals are the most realistic sounding A.I. generated vocals I’ve heard so far. I would be willing to accept there were some original vocals and that the rest was added using A.I. Long story short: At this rate we won’t be able to tell the difference between authentic and A.I. generated Coldplay songs within the next 12 months realistically.

When you say performed, do you mean recorded? Or did they actually perform it somewhere?

Quick question: Can anyone tell me whether “Back to life” is authentic, and if so, from which year it is?

My assumption is that ColdplayXtra ran this contest in association with the Coldplay team, and that, given how good the cover turned out to be, it may actually be used.

Anyone else thinks this might in fact be the actual album cover?

Regarding the song that was sound-checked: - It could be “Jupiter” since the name also recently appeared on their equipment. - It could be “One World” since it seems to be in the exact same key. Thoughts?

This year they didn’t perform the song ‘Amsterdam’ while in Amsterdam, even though they gave four shows! Suspecting that after their ‘last’ album they might revisit their early catalogue and start performing the song more often. For now we’re lucky to have witnessed it in 2016!
