I've seen this on Twitter, don't know if it's real? Sorry if it's been discussed elsewhere!

If Coloratura was the only song done without Max Martin then I wouldn't be sad if he wasn't involved with the next album(s). Clearly a great producer and if the guys wanted a full on pop album then he's probably one of the best people to work with, but I'd like to hear a bit more from Jonny, Will and Guy on the next album please.

They're just trying out new stuff. I don't know why people think they'd churn out the same kind of music for 20 years, they'd probably get criticised for that as well!

Got no problem with a poppy album, obviously not their best but the majority of these songs will sound great in a stadium which is what they were going for I think. Biutyful and People of the Pride my picks after Coloratura of course.

It's like the best parts of Coldplay all in one epic song. Really beautiful ❤

I take back everything I previously said, I should remember to give songs a few listens before I judge them! This song is absolutely glorious and I honestly haven't listened to another song since Saturday. Putting headphones on and getting the full bass effect is just phenomenal. It's going to go down as one of Coldplay's best, I'm sure of it.

Just so I'm clear, I still love the guys. I'm glad they try new sounds every so often, this one just isn't for me. There are always songs on every album that I absolutely love and become go-to songs, so I guess I'll just have to wait for MOTS! ?

Bit disappointed really, 3 minutes of boring cheesy pop ?
