Hi, I wanted to share a sentiment with you regarding the future of the band. As you know, they will be making their 5th appearance at Glastonbury this summer, which is considered excessive by many Glastonbury festivalgoers. I can understand this viewpoint, and I'm sure the group also holds a huge respect for this festival to understand it as well. That's why I have a theory: This MOTS tour is truly gigantic, it's very long, and I think it's a sort of farewell before a significant hiatus for the group (And it's also an opportunity to fill their bank accounts before this long break.). I would add that Moon Music doesn't seem to come with an extension of the tour. …

Hi I have tickets for Athens in june , but now see there seems to be issues with stadium and it's currently closed , has anyone any info if Coldplay might cancel the concerts there ? i suppose work needed could be done before june . Can anyone recomend a way to find out what could happen ? There are 3 of us travelling and want to get flights etc organised but im worried at the moment it could be cancelled.

As like thousands of others I'm desperate to obtain tickets for this concert. How the heck do you secure tickets? I've registered for pre sales etc but I get the feeling it will be a war!! and unless you have super fast internet one may miss out 😞 Any tips Cheers

It's close to two years since MOTS (1) was released and I was one of the seemingly few people who actually liked the album when it came out. And two years later, I still like it. However, my thoughts on it are different compared to other albums. Other than Coloratura, I don't think there's as much range in the quality of the music here than in other albums. In Coldplay's first three albums, there are songs I absolutely love (Everything's Not Lost, The Scientist and Square One for example) but in each there are a number that I don't like as much, and occasionally don't like at all. Viva La Vida, Mylo Xyloto and Ghost Stories had the same effect but to a lesser extent, wher…

Tomorrow for the first time EVER I will get to see Coldplay perform live in Gothenburg and I am very excited and yet a bit worried. I would like to make sure I get most out of this experience. I have been trying to google my questions but so far I haven't had any good luck for all of them. I would be very thankful if anyone here who has been to previous shows to help me out. On Amazon UK there is a listing for a CD of Music Of The Spheres with Japan-only bonus tracks, which costs an eye-watering £36.20 (presumably because it is a Japanese import). The listing says it will be released on the 5th of November and includes two extra tracks. Does anybody know if this is real and, if it is, what the extra tracks are? I'd hate to have to go to Japan just to listen to The Race.

Hello! I have never been to a Coldplay concert before and never in a big stadium like the ones they are playing for this tour at the moment. I have general standing tickets and I would like to be in the very front rows but I do not know what time I should start queuing?
