it's not a watered down version of the stuff they've already done, this is their "style" and i think with this new album they have developed their sound....honestly i can't find something wrong with this new record. can you talk about the negative aspects of their sound and where i can find those aspects in the new album ?

It's always a matter of personal tastes....but to me,the best songs on this new album are on the same level of the best of the previous two records. Ready To Star,Modern Man,City With No Children In It, Half Light II,Suburban War,We Used To Wait,Sprawl II...

there are so many highlights in this record.... ready to start,for example,is one of their best songs ever.

what do you expect from the arcade fire ? a techno album ? or an acid/house album ? coldplay haven't done anything new in their first 3 records, and the 4th album is kinda boring.
