  1. Hehe, thank you for your "Welcomes"! Pretty international here, I like it :-)
  2. Jaja, die Deutschen hier mal wieder nuuuuuur am Spammen, wat soll ich dazu sagen? ;-)
  3. Oh yeah, photography rocks :-) I like the pics, lisa! Here two of mine: My cam is a Canon 350D.
  4. Oh boy, not those radical beatles-fans again ;-) Sorry, just kidding, back to topic: I agree with you, that the Beatles is one of the greatest bands in history. I also don't want to compare Beatles with Coldplay, that's simply not possible, two different centuries, two different styles, two etc. ... Theres another thing I want to talk about, you wrote: I think, that's not true. Especially during the time right after the Beatles, 60s, 70s, 80s there were some bands, making a masterpiece after another. For example Pink Floyd: Dark Side Of The Moon (1973) - Wish You Were Here (1975) - Animals (1977) - The Wall (1979). These four albums were great commercial successes, compared to the other ones made by the Floyds (although I have to say, commercial succes is not equal to quality). They only took more time to make these LPs, because they were much more complex than the ones from the Beatles. So, I think, as time passes by, you can't say, that old bands after 40, 50 years are still the best (of course they are for you!), what do you think does everybody think in 70, 80, maybe 100 years, when everybody, who heard the Beatles "live", is dead? I don't think, that they'll be the best band ever anymore in that time. Just my thoughts on that.
  5. Well, I'll just wait and drink my tea :-) Changes in style are always good for a band and it's important to keep this high-creative-phase alive for coldplay so they'll give us a album full of different but nevertheless good songs! Hoping the best.
  6. Hi to all Coldplay-fans out there! I just discovered this nice fanpage and suddenly decided to register in this beautiful forum to share my thoughts about Coldplay and other, not less important things ;-) First some things about me: My name is Felix, I'm 19 years young and I live in Lübeck, which is near Hamburg, Germany. I just finished school (finally!) and in a few weeks I'll start doing my social duty which every little boy has to do here in germany after school, if he doesn't want to got to the damn army ;-) I discovered Coldplay sometime this spring, if I recall correctly. There was the Coldplay-Concert 2003 somewhere on TV and after I saw that I knew that I had to buy 'A rush of blood to the head'. Well, it became my favourite album and a few weeks later I wanted mooooooore and now I have all three albums and I still don't know, which is the best :-) Sadly I missed the Coldplay-2005-Concert in Hamburg cause I was on vacation that day. I still hate myself for that, but it wasn't possible anymore to change my vacation. A few days ago I watched the 'Coldplay 2003'-DVD with a friend of mine (who also was on vacation during the 2005-concerts) and.... aarg, I hope, the next tour is not far away ;-) Anyways, I'm looking forward to the fourth album, It sounds very interesting to me :-) Wish you all a good night, I'm going to bed now ;-) See you.
