Exactly one month from now - November 20th!

So both of us feel kind of uncomfortable with our age... No worries. It's just that I turned 24 in September and I'm still not really used to that age though it's not old of course. Comforting thing is the Coldplay pals are exactly my age! 8)

I bet they are since Chris took singing lessons and they pratised a lot. I am so excited...

Don't ever forget that! Seeing Guy dressed as Big Ben will get you through all set-backs that might happen to you! :D

Animals is such a beautiful song!! I only have a bad quality live version of it but it's great anyway... So they've never actually recorded it? Hmm, what a shame. :evil: "No more Keeping my Feet on the Ground" is awesome, too. To be honest - it's unbelievable but true: I love every single Coldplay song - more or less of course! For that reason they are one of my three favorite bands!

Believe me, reality has some strange ways to happen sometimes. There have been some really unbelievable things happening to me lately - things I've always been longing for but never actually expected to happen. That's why I'm more relaxed about everything right now. Anything can happen, any time. Just wait and see. I had to wait seven years but then I finally got to know my favorite band singer. Maybe he'll be coming to Berlin someday to meet me. So who knows? Maybe we'll be meeting Coldplay aswell. It's nice to dream of it anyway...

You should start to get used to technology! What if you become famous one day and there'll be lots of shows you'll be attending...?! 8) And besides, it is really easy once you understand it, honestly! So don't be afraid and just try!!!

I already had tickets for their second show in Berlin in early 2001 but due to voice problems they had to cancel it. I was desperate back then. I hope they'll make me forget about it in exactly one month from now! But I'm sure the moment they'll start playing there will be a silly little smile on my face that won't go away afterwards... :lol:

I would LOVE to see it here, too. But stupid German mtv won't show it. Can anybody please tape it? I bet you all do that anyway, don't you?!

How old were you when? You got to know Coldplay?

I just listened to a live version of "A Rush of Blood to the Head" I downloaded a while ago and it brought me to tears. It is an older one recorded long before the album was released and it is really different from the album version. But still beautiful... :cry: And therefore I decided to open this topic just for our Coldplay songs of the day...

After I've joined the group hug I'd really love to join the pillow-fight/cuddle session with you and Coldplay if that's ok with you... As long as Chris is still there (without a girlfriend...) I don't care either who's in there besides! :wink:

Mystery is great to a certain point, then it's only torturing... Reality is the real thing!! Let's all meet them... :D

If I weren't that much into Chris (I admit it! Guilty on that... :wink: ) I'd say it's a shame you can't see the other band members (Guy...) more often in the videos. Sometimes it almost feels like Coldplay is just Chris Martin. And of course that wouldn't work. As he said the band wouldn't be able to exist without all four of them. But every article and every video is always focused on Chris... I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that Guy appears more often in the future!! At least you see them a bit more in the "In my Place" clip... And I have a live video (recorded from tv) of them performing at the Bizarre festival in Germany two years ago. You can see all of them there - Guy with short hair. Nice one considering almost NOBODY here knew them back then (hard to imagine now...) and they played as the opening act. Chris was joking about that a couple of times. There was only one girl in the crowd who had "Parachutes"... Unbelievable!

I ALWAYS cry when listening to "Spies". It is such a sad and beautiful song. A stroke of genius I'd say. It just happens automatically every time I put the song on. Even when I am at work (record store...) and we're playing "Parachutes" there - like all the time. :wink: It is such a special thing when a song touches you like that. As for "A Rush of Blood to the Head" it would be "Warning Sign" and "A Rush of Blood to the Head" itself. Coldplay just do that to me... Can I join the group hug?? :lol: I could use a hug, too...

Definitely "After Birth" by Into Another! That is my all-time favorite song. There is such a long history behind it, it's just very special to me!

Let's talk about the songs we are listening to each day here (Coldplay or not Coldplay . just songs in general)... My song of the day would be: Lifehouse - Empty Space

They will play in Germany but only do three shows... Luckily one of the shows will be in Berlin where I live. At least something since they're touring the U.K. all the time. :shock:

You are so very lucky to live in the U.K.!! I haven't seen Coldplay in almost two years so I am desperately waiting for their November gig in Berlin... Isn't it hard to be German from time to time...?! :cry:

But come on, admit it! You would do anything to meet him, right...?! :D And I am sure it wouldn't spoil the mystery, or let's say I am sure they are just as nice and interesting as we all picture them. As for me I would love to meet them (BIG surprise :wink: )...
