Concerning the film: yeah, you might have to wait a lot of time, but it probably be worth! Hopefully they'll release it on the cinemas. :) Exactly, it's a normal fear, 'cos everyone is scared about new things of the future but if you had success in high school the same will happen at the University, and even more, 'cos ppl are more adult, so...in fact there's no reason for being worried about this. ;)

I dunno if they will release it here either, but I think if they don't do it in your country, neither will do it in mine. :uhoh: ) Oh, don't be depressed, it'll be a change for good, you'll see, and like all the changes ppl are afraid of the future 'cos you'll have to face new things, but it's for sure you'll like it. And doesn't matter at all if you look under your real age, seriously. ;) My advice for your first days on uni is... try to be open-minded with new ppl (even if you're not, do an effort) while you're valuing if some of them could be your friends, if you see that they've similar hobbies than you and these kinda things. It's good to choose your friends in the beginning. Precisely, it was when I made my best friends and I still have them now. :nice: And think that everyone will feel the same than you first days, I mean they'll feel like a "newbie", so you won't be the only one. Anyway, you'll have so much fun there... It's another world.

I'd like to watch that interview they made to her but if it isn't translated into Eng, then... it won't make sense to watch it. Ian, you're absolutely right here. It must be terrible to lose your youth this way and be 18 and still think like a 10-years-old girl in some aspects. Things like this didn't seem to happen in real life (besides the films) but I was wrong.

hey-oo! :) Yes, Iris is my name and I remember you! We talked about Zach Braff before (And I'm still wondering when the film will be released). That happened when I was 17 although in one month I'd turn 18. This big change was 'cos I when to Uni and people are different, more adult... and once you're there you're supposed to be like this or in most cases, you won't survive.

Interesting thread Lili! :) What you explained before makes sense... at least for me, 'cos of the simple reason that people change and persons who are around you are not always the same and you either. Every little experience might modify your way of thinking and behaviour, 'cos you're learning of them continuously. Replying to your question: yes, I sometimes felt my age and mind weren't in equilibrium. When I was younger, I saw most of my mates as a kids (luckily there were some exceptions), 'cos of their behaviour. They were always doing nonsenses and laughed a lot - that was good for them, though - but I didn't see the point of them. Anyway, now I'm 20 and I think that comes an age which most of people have reached this equilibrium. Mike: I've read everything you've explained here and I think you're mostly right. You're a very unusal person. (well, we all know that everyone is different and special, but you... I can't find the words to explain it)
