  1. nope, i mentioned it in the first post (no best ofs, no live albums and no compilations)
  2. yeah they do, but please don't list like 4-5 different versions of one song (example: Hallelujah by L.Cohen). max. 1 allowed ;) and also: only officialy released songs count!!!!!! doesn't matter studio or live, but must be released in some form
  3. ATTENTION!!! i changed the points system a bit! 51st to 55th - every selected album/song gets 45 points (doesn't matter if it's 51st or 55th) 56-60 - every selected album/song gets 40 points 61-65 - every selected album/song gets 35 points 66-70 - every selected album/song gets 30 points 71-75 - every selected album/song gets 25 points 76-80 - every selected album/song gets 20 points 81-85 - every selected album/song gets 15 points 86-90 - every selected album/song gets 10 points 91-100 - every selected album/song gets 5 points

  5. i "reserved" your place in this thread at the end of my 1st post don't worry, you won't have problems with finding your list :)
  6. yeah thanks, but that list will change a lot, now i'm just trying to collect all the songs that i like. must be around 200-300 songs  don't take that list too seriously atm ;) around Saturday, it might contain 100 songs, but till then it's only a sketch, not more
  7. 1st post updated, please read it!!!
  8. :P that's a good idea, Tracie, but i'm not sure it would work well :\ if we'd be fair we would have to take all the music genres from pop to hard rock and from jazz to classical music... favourite lists are the easiest to compose i guess :)
  9. ...
  10. yeah, dumb Oasis fans i bet
  11. every band has it's own "Creep"=most recognizable song, there's nothing wrong with that Coldplay - Yellow Oasis - Wonderwall Blur - Song 2 U2 - One Beatles - Yesterday etc.
  12. favourite albums or favourite songs??? choose
  13. i think we should make "the favourite songs" and not "the greatest songs" list, because the "greatest" always turns into "favourite"...all the time...believe me  and anyway...favourites are the greatest, aren't they?
  14. yeah, would be fun i guess. i'd really like to know which song would win or which songs would make the top 20
  15. because it would be full of Coldplay-, Radiohead-, Beatles-, U2- and pop songs. no randomness at all
  16. i think a coldplaying list would be a good idea, i was thinking about this for awhile, but every time it ended up with "that list would suck anyway"...though, it'd be fun for sure let's make one, me says! "Coldplaying's Top 100 Songs"
  17. we should make our own list, i propose
