I like you alot Julia, so I will say, that if you wanna get happy/fit/feling better...look around, and find some interests that you can do where you live. When you find yourself doing things you enjoy..you will always have that thing to cheer yourself up... is there anything interesting (and healthy) to do around there where you live? we can start with that :)
