  1. Thanks for the info Mark, but what is Soccer AM?
  2. Guten Morgen, die Herrschaften! :) Na wie schaut's aus bei euch? Genießt ihr auch das schöne Wetter? :smug: War gestern Nacht noch in Oldenburg und hab mir nen XXL-Jumbo Cocktail ausm Besitos genehmigt. Man, war da Alkohol drin... ;) Heute geht's dort wieder hin! :D Argh, ich krieg diesen Ohrwurm nicht mehr ausm Ohr... The Futureheads - Skip To The End... Nana naaaa nanananana Come on and skip to the end Nana naaaa nanananana   http://www.myspace.com/thefutureheads
  3. Yes, and I have stiffness (is it correct? sounds weird :D). Bye! ;)
  4. I'm sorry but I'm soo tired now! I wish you both a good night and I think we'll see us tomorrow again. :) Bye!
  5. Yeah, Berlin is the biggest building site in Europe! :D I really like it to find so many historical things in Berlin... You can still walk besides the Wall, there is the Checkpoint Charlie, the new Reichstag where the government is placed in, the new chancellor building, but also some ugly things like the buildings in East Berlin, especially in Marzahn or the second Istanbul, called Neukölln. :D You visit so many cities? :) I only went to a few British cities, like London or Cambridge. :( Half-marathons... I think that would be too hart for me! :D
  6. :) Where is your next marathon?
  7. :) As a supporter I liked to see the Berlin marathon, because they are walking through the Brandenburg Gate. :) It's weird to know that 18 years before no one was ever allowed to go through...
  8. Yes, that's true, I had the same problems when I began to jog regularly. Ophelie was talking about Potsdam. I wonder why you've been there. :) Did you visit Palace "Sans souci"? I was there a few years ago and I liked it. :)
  9. Really? Where did you run a marathon? My father always takes part in different marathons. In April, he ran in Hamburg again. :)
  10. Hm, after I quit playing football on my football club 2 years ago, I often went jogging. But this year I was very lazy. I hate jogging when it's dark and cold, so I really began to jog two times the week in the end of March. What about you? How often are you jogging with your friend?
  11. Yeah, I think you're right. :) When I was in Paris I always felt that the French people there are able to speak English, but they don't want to, so you always had to use the French language. I've never seen it before in another country or city. :D :) But IMO it's good. :) In Germany you have so many English words (especially in the media or in songs) or new words sound a bit English. For example: we didn't say "mobile phone" here... we say "Handy". It sounds very English and many people think it's an English word, but it's German. :D Very weird! Je te souhaite une bonne nuit!
  12. :D Well, in French I was always very good, but within two years I've lost so many words. :( I'm worry about it. It's also easier for Germans to learn English, because so many words are quite similar. Unfortunately not in French... ;) Yes, Potsdam has a great university. ;) But I would go to a bigger city than Potsdam. I always felt when I visited Amsterdam, Paris, London, Barcelona etc. that I will live in a bigger city. But you already live in an amazing city! I hope I will come back to Paris as soon as possible.
  13. No, I'm just working to earn money for the university, but later I will definately study. My dream is to study in Hamburg or Berlin. I like both cities very much... and of course London would be great or Paris, but I think my French is too bad for it. :D No one would understand me. :D
  14. Ah, you were jogging as well. ;) I also saw a nice sunset while I was jogging at the beach. :)
  15. I'm so jealous, I can't describe it. ;) So, you will study there? In the same university as Coldplay? I always think about it to do it later in a few years but London is so expensive. I think I couldn't earn so much money to live there. How about you?
  16. Hello there! ;) I just came back from jogging... 8,3 kilometers... :wink3: :P Steph, your pictures of South Africa are so amazing. Thanks! :)
  17. December 2005, one week before Coldplay played at Earls Court! :( It was the second time I visit my lovely London! :) In autumn 2004 I went with my A-Level English class to Britain's capital for my first time and I loved it so much! ;)
  18. I've found it! :D
  19. Ah, I stood on the same bridge in December and the weather was also very fine. :shocked2:
  20. :D Two weeks ago I saw them at MTV TRL in Berlin and they were so crazy! :D They made either so many jokes or didn't answer the questions! I like them!
  21. Next Sunday (May 7th, 7.00pm UK-Time on BBC2) you'll see Keane @ Top of the Pops with "Is It Any Wonder?". ;)
  22. OMG Sarah, I'm so jealous! ;) I felt the same feeling one year ago. I had my oral examination in history on Friday May 13th and got 11 of 15 and after that I had the best time of my life. 2 month of nothing to do, I did a lot of trips with my school age group (drinking in Schloss Dankern :D) and we had so much fun. Enjoy it Sarah! You'll never have so much leisure time after that, except you will become unemployed which isn't very difficult in Germany... :D
  23. :sunny: , 28 degrees and a beach... that's all I need!
