  1. From the last post of this page on you can find the audio and video to download ;) plus some pictures
  2. One Tree Hill from today's show in Auckland video on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sspVCKq-sm4 still have to listen to it though..it seems it has been fantastic
  3. I can't call a piece of crap an album collecting some of the most important songs not only for U2 but for music history as well..I would rather call it not useful at least from my point of view of fan, as I already have all these songs and I think many beautiful songs of them have been left out (but this is a collection of their most succesfull singles, which means they can also not be the best ones ;) ) I only bought it for the Milan DVD..but for someone who doesn't want to buy all their albums can be a good starting point to begin knowing the band, being aware this is not really the best they can do...and I know many people who really think this way, to whom I already suggested to have a listen to their whole albums. For someone who already know them this album doesn't add anything apart from The Saints are coming (with Green Day), but there is also the single out, and the new song Window in the skies, which will be released as a single as well next year
  4. Yes got it...a little bit different as I'm already a subscriber...I'm going to wait but I want that poster Have a great time Andrew :nice:
  5. Paul McGuinnes :"The only thing they've had to do in the last couple of weeks is re-rehearse One Tree Hill, because it would not be possible to play Auckland without that song in the show" So it's definitely coming  Andrew you're so lucky :wacky:
  6. Mmhhhh yes...I feel One tree hill and In god's country comin'..maybe Window in the skies too :nice:
  7. Marek..I didn't think you knew Italian
  8. Funny how everytime I read a review of their concerts they all seem so similar to yours...I can really relate to your feelings and I was sure it would have been the same for you. As far as I know they were recording to add it to the iMax 3d Movie they're planning to release next year :)
  9. OMG :shocked2: thanks Andrew...I feel special  You had an amazing setlist really...Bad, Party Girl, The First time  it's not fair  jkg Here's a better quality vid of of U-Jam performance (for those who can use torrents you can find the bigger version on u2torrents or thetradersden)..it's divided in three parts (download them all in the same folder and then extract the file) Part 1 Part 2 Part 3
  10. So we have the first survivor from the concert (Andrew of course next time you tell us something more, won't you? )...Carole please let us know if you're still alive a present for both of you...here you can find an excellent quality bootleg of YOUR concert, so you will remember it forever :nice:
  11. Carole now we are waiting...so whenever you recover from this concert, let us know how it was  By the way here's the mp3 for "Keep on rockin' in the free world" with Pearl Jam You wanna make poverty historyyyyy!!!
  12. Just finished Fahrenheit 451 by Bradbury and 1984 by Orwell...such scaring books, I mean if reality were like the one described in these two books :uhoh2: and I've just started reading "How the Irish saved Civilization. The untold story of Ireland's heroic role from the fall of Rome to the rise of Medieval Europe" by Thomas Cahill..historical book, it seems really interesting :nice:
  13. I don't know when I'm getting mine, HMV dispatched it on wednesday but I don't know how much it will take..it's already out here, and many people I know have seen the DVD, and of course they're all hyperexcited   finally the waiting is almost over...have fun, scream, sing, take pics have a fantastic concert Carole

  18. Dear god...I'm really speechless this is a screenshot of the DVD from Milan and..I still can't believe it, they put our coreography in the DVD even though they had problems with a power cut during the song I loooooooooooooooveeeeeeee them, I can't believe it, I almost cried when I realised we were in the DVD :bigcry: :bigcry: ok sorry..I'm mad Carole...now it's your turn...you must recover your voice
  19. Actually I wonder why they don't play the big stadiums in the US like they've been doing in the past  and give us European some close venues, so that we can kill each other better to find a ticket  Take a look at this..Bono at Kylie's concert singing "Kids" (awesome song btw, originally sang by Robbie Williams with Kylie) :nice: part 1: part 2:
  20. Thank you Kaycee  and beckhamcrosses (I should ask you real name too, this one is too lon :P) amazing pics..considering the setlist you had in australian concerts you are really really lucky (first of all you don't have Vertigo palyed two times :laugh3: )
  21. Denise replied to ColdJuly°'s topic in International
Ok..allora anticipo e in bocca a lupo per la prossima
  22. :shocked2: I just can't believe it LOL that would be a good idea :laugh3: :laugh3: Thanks for the link..luckly it's thepart of the board I can access :)
  23. Could have been better I'm sure, but considering it's coming out from a short stop at Abbey Road I can't ask for me :) I'm not that impressed by the chorus, but I love the final part, when Bono's voice becomes deeper...and I'm trying to figure out the real meaning of the song..I've read some people saying the lyrics are trivial, that it's another love song..I'm more prone to think the love they're singing is not between a man and a woman but it's more the love of human kind, a sort of celebration of what we can do if we keep helping each other and the hope this love gives is seen as a window in the skies does it make any sense?
  24. :bigcry: :bigcry: I haven't heard it yet and Carole..those pics are beautiful, I like Edge pointing himself on the cd cover..LOL when he still had some hair :laugh3: Ok now seriously, I need to hear that song, the only good thing coming out from the Best of/Greatest hits/Best singles or whatever the "new" album is called edit: I'm speechless..I literally had no time to ask in a u2 board if someone could send me the song, and I already had it..I  U2 fans  and now I'm ready to have a listen
