  4. well... portuguese politicians make me want to puke everytime they talk... but now I find out that the same happens with the french... having a lot of french channels at home and the constant highlights on the swiss press I have no choice but to follow the campaign even though I'm not interested... my favourite campaign moments are on the TV show "on a tout essaye"... cause I always care for a good laugh... btw... can't stand Royal's face... don't really know why... she looks even more hypocrite than the others... but I love Bove's moustache!!!! :D

  14. Hi!!! I remember my parents say that in the 70's, when the first brazilian soap opera started in Portugal, people were quite shocked cause they couldn't understand lots of expressions... I think that problem doesn't exist anymore... million of soap operas and football players later, portuguese got used to those expressions... but, not long time ago I had a brazilian girlfriend.... I had to speak quite slowly so she could understand me... the differences exist, some expressions, words and the accent of course...but it's harder for brazilian to understand us than the opposite... they say we "eat" letters... don't know about that...
  15. no, I'm not... that's just an expression I use when a girl is out of my league... :D

  22. yeahhh... accent vaudois (I live in the region of Vaud)... my favourite accent is from Marseille...
  23. I think this question was for me... well, even though I always had good grades at french I found classes, and the language really boring... while I had fun learning english... now that I speak it everyday, I actually enjoy it... I quite like it... ;) 2 deays ago a french guy told me I had a swiss accent... funny somehow...
  24. well... being the last member who had an argument with him, probably makes me the biggest suspect... I'd like to say that I didn't PM anybody, especially not Ian... I showed my discontent only with posts here in the lounge and with a thread (that Mark deleted btw)... and I have no idea who did such thing... this situation doesn't make me more or less happy... but in my opinion he wasn't doing is job as a mod correctly... so, it was probably a good decision...
  25. awwwwwww... you're such an
