I bought a new dress yesterday on a sale at miss selfridges. as always it has my so called (by Mark) dog blanket style, but I loved it... here it is:

I had a nice pita bread with homous, cream cheese, cheddar and ham. but then again, my breakfast was at 2pm... :uhoh:

I think It was prob you then, Annie. I actually wasn't completely sure which one of you it was... And Annie, I got those red tights from Accesorize. And they were only 5 pounds, which for accesorize it's really affordable... Hey Sally, they are really not the best boots, imo they have the same prob of the UGG boots, which is the fact that they dont really hold your ankles and in the end you are waling with your feet inwards. Right now I have to stick to them coz I hurt my foot last week and cannot put heels coz it hurts like hell... and they are being good coz it leaves space for me to put my foot on the most confortable position to walk...

Aww thanks guys!!! I always loved winter clothes so I'm having a blast here with buying new stuff. And Chelsea I totally owe you my life for showing me the delightful world of tights. I'm soooo much confident with them that I can actually wear shorter skirts without overworrying (and by shorter I do not mean the belts some english girls around here wear as skirts) :nice:

Finally, the coat. I ended up buying it at Primark and am quite happy about it... It's sort of graffiti, but it lookes darker in the pic. Since I got to England I already bought a bunch of stuff and have been meaning to show it to you guys for a while now... so here you go: My black short coat (and my black flat boots you can't really see) My lovely puffy princess'esque' checked grey coat see ow puffy it gets on the back: this is my 'i put it on when i have no idea what to wear' grey thing (i dont know how you call that) My viva la vida style jacket These Oxford shoes, that I've been meaning to buy them since before I got here (they are pretty but soooo uncomfortable) and my pwetty wellies!!! :nice: and I also bough this mini skirt for my halloween costume, but it's wearable in other occasions (and u can see the flat black boots in this pic) sooo... your thoughts on them, please.

Hummm... i don't know where you live, but here is ok. I can't say it's a bad city to live in but the 'smalltowness' and academia sometimes gets a bit overwhelming. This weekend I 'escaped' to London just coz I needed to see some normal people, good old traffic and pollution. But then, I'm a bit weird and addicted to big cities, so small towns sometimes can make me feel trapped. Other than that Oxford is lovely with its beautiful parks, ivory towers and bright green grass. :nice: Oh, and I bought a new coat, will try to get a pic to show it to you guys...

well... i come from brazil, bare that in mind. it snowed here in oxford 2 days ago, so it's quite cold. even the brits are complaining it's too cold. but if u want to know temperatures... it's prob around 6 or 7C during the day... and close to 0 at night (at least that's what my weather.com tells me) i've lived in canada, which is MUCH colder (got months of -30C) but the cold here is humid which makes it really annoying and feels colder also. and in canada i would just wear those not really fashionable snow jackets. europe calls for something a bit more sofisticated.... And Anna, I don't go to Oxford University, I go to Oxford Brookes, which is another uni also here...
