well... ex-gf (or bf) are usually off-limit!!! But it all depends on how the relationship was and how did deal with the break-up (are they both completely over each other, and that sort of thing...). I think it's better to be open with your friend just to prevent any further problems... and make sure the girl is completely over him and not just using you to get to him (horrible, i know, but girls can be bitchy like that). well, i spent 6 months in canada. got -30 celsius. ok, that's too cold but something mild is always nice... and winter clothes are the prettiest. :nice:

I'm actually longing for some cold weather. here is always soooo hot. or just rainy, but always hot. hotness never goes away. and I actually hate the sun and the heat. (yes, I'm weird, I know.)

actually it's a major. You can graduate in hotel management without haveing to study tourism before. Which I'm glad coz i don't think I could handle all the project making and viability studies that are done. I think my course is more 'hands-on'. We get to learn how to cook, make drinks, make beds... and then, how to manage all that. Like a restaurant or hotel... Brazil is declining a bit in tourism, but mostly because it's becoming rather expensive to come here since our currency is getting stronger. We've also been having a lot or trouble in airports...

Oh, you study tourism?? I'm graduating in Hotel Management!! And I actually went to Marbella coz my dad was doing his post grad in Hotel Management at Les Roches. How is the tourism sector in Spain atm?? Is it still growing enormously??

I've heard Marbella is pretty bad now. loads of violence, mobs taking over... I think things weren't so bad when I was there... or if they were, they were so much better than Brazil that we were pretty happy about it!!!

I'm applying for a Master's at Oxford Brookes. I still need to finish writing my final essay here in Brazil in order to graduate, but if I manage to I'll prob be moving in Sept. :D

My parents know I come here, but they don't know exactly what I do here or how much time I spend posting. Most of my friends know I come here and they don't really mind... my closest ones also like coldplay but not as much as me, so they don't judge. The other ones just think it's kinda cool that i talk to ppl from all around the world... will you regret having done or said any things here? I don't think I'll regret anything... ok, maybe some old drunk posts are not the best ones... :anxious:
