ah that's awful ... right now it will probably annoy me for a few days as well ... I always get them when I'm tired .. or having a cold .. or when its very hot .. and now those three things are together so it would be rather weird for me not to have a bleeding nose now :P

it used to happen very very often to me in the past ... but its the first time this year :dozey: I don't like this ... I once had it every morning when I woke up for at least 2 weeks :(
