I am debating on whether to get a PIT ticket, or an actual seat, lower level for a show. I really want a pit ticket, but I don't want to get there SUPER early and wait for hours on end. So anyone with experience with buying a pit ticket, how early did you guys arrive to be at the very front? I want to be up front, the very front...how early would I have to get there to achieve this?

i agree with you all; at one of the atlanta shows last year, we got seats RIGHT next to the stage, front row on the right side...which meant we were right next to Johnny...nothing wrong with that, but I was hoping for the OTHER side, lol. anyways, when the guys go out to sing in the back of the arena, all of them walked by us, and i got a glimpse of Guy UP CLOSE, and yes he is so BEAUTIFUL up close, its sickening. i forgot to whip out my camera b/c i was just staring for that split second, haha.

i am seriously thinking about driving from atlanta to nashville for this show..what is it, a 4 hr drive?..i am hoping i can get someone to drag along with me. if not, i dont know what i'm going to do.

the crowd was great...before the encore, the entire crowd starting chanting the viva la vida chorus "whoaaa aaaaaaaa" it was great. and as we were leaving, (very slowly, b/c people were being handed one by one their free cd) it was a big mob...but people were chanting the viva la vida chorus again, as we were all waiting to file out...it was great! now im sorta sad its all over

for how much are you selling those extra tickets?

i'm really tempted to bring a huuuge umbrella, and maybe get some black tape that spells out, "GUY IS SEXY"

can't wait for tonight...even though i got lawn seats, i'm still going to have a goooooooooood time! it better not rain...yesterday it went away during the evening, so hopefully thats the case tonight. :)

I AM DONE! 5 CLASSES DOWN. I now only have three more classes to take, and I finally graduate college!!!!!! (or university, for those overseas) I'm so ready to live my life and travel the world. School is very very confining. Sometimes I feel as though I'm going through the motions, and not really learning anything worth the money I'm paying to go to school, but whatever....

You know, I used to like Gwyneth Paltrow. But recently, I've gotten to dislike her. I'm not sure when it started, but I think that whole "GOOP" lifestyle website had something to do with it. Maybe it was her timing? I mean telling people "my life is great because I'm not passive about it" (yeah, it is great because you're a multimillionaire from a Hollywood family and never have and never will know what it's like to struggle) and "go visit a city you've never been to" and "go treat yourself to something" when we are in the worst economic times since the Great Depression, and thousands of people are getting laid off everyday, and the public, worldwide, is struggling to get by...I just find it...I just think her timing was off. *rant over* Maybe I've just jumped on the anti-Gwyneth bandwagon...I don't know. Plus she's a bit, plain looking. Oh well. I'm sure she's not that bad, if Chris is married to her...

Can I just say... I haven't posted here in a long, long time, but went to the Coldplay show about a month ago (with front row seats!) and it reignited my love for them again... ...but the point here is, THIS THREAD MAKES ME F*CKING HAPPY! I usually start two or three days before the test to sit down and go through my material. I cannot be at home however. Too many distractions and such. I usually go somewhere like a coffee shop to study. That is the only way I'll get it done. And having a cup of coffee and water always gets me through. I HATE COLLEGE.

Ohhhh Chris Cornell. His voice is amazing. And he himself is damn sexy! I saw Audioslave last September, and they were incredible. They performed Rage Against the Machine and Soundgarden songs, and it was just outta control. I was surprised that Chris pulled off the Rage songs, since its more like rap than just singing, but he did it. I can't wait to see them again.

I just got their record last week, and I love it! I love "Sea the World"... Surprised to find out the guys in the band are so fucking young! I think the oldest is like 22. I'm 22...You know you're getting old when the bands you listen to are your age or even younger!
