Nail biting: I am a terrible nail biter but i haven't bitten them for over 2 weeks now (!!) I just simply decided that i will NOT bite them and put some nail polish on them to make them a bit stronger so that i don't feel like i have to bite them. I still play a lot with my fingers = remove dirt under my nails several times a day with anything sharp really :lol: and play with my nuticles but i just don't bite them. I guess it's just down to will. You could try that stuff that tastes really bitter so you at least realize when you're about to bite them and stop it before it's too late.
