The London Sun says the repeatedly rehabbed Kate Moss recidivist-cum-Babyshambles front man pulled the plug on his romance -- and reported engagement-- with model Irina Lazareanu after a "blazing row" Monday night. "Irina has been following him around like a bad smell since the moment she caught his eye," a picture-painting snitch tattles to the tab. "He got engaged in a moment of madness when he was off his head before he checked into rehab and has been questioning his sanity ever since.
