It works for a lot of people, but I guess it just depends who it is you meet. A mate of mine is now going out with someone he met online and they seem to be getting on very well. I have told myself that I'll never fall for someone in another country, just because keeping in touch with each other will be very difficult. The main problem I have with it is that one is isnt able to look someone in the eye and talk to them.
